Description |
Rhizome erect. Fronds monomorphic, tufted, membraneous. Stipe 30-35 cm long, grooved. Lamina bipinnate-bipinnatifid, deltoid in outline, 30-40 x 30 cm; basal pinnae bigger than the one above, pinnate, first pair of pinnules much larger than the next one (to 4-5 cm), lobed; middle pinnae linear-lanceolate in outline, apex pinnatifid, 15-16 x 3 cm, divided into rounded, crenate lobes, making an angle of 90° with the rhachis, dark green when dry, undersurface with red glands, both surfaces with long white hairs; veins simple or forked; costa and costules with long white hairs. Sori small, closer to the veins than to the margin; exindusiate. |
